Meanings uses a variety of techniques to generate translations and sentences, to decide whether your answers are correct, and more. Sometimes these methods may output something that is incorrect, such as being ungrammatical, containing typos, or producing output in the wrong language(!).
At the moment, there is no in-app mechanism to report these issues. For the time being, you can email us with any erroneous content you come across.
We also proactively monitor the sentences, suggestions, and translations to check on their general quality and ensure the app is running smoothly. However, we may overlook issues or lack expertise in the specific language-pair or vocabulary/terminology being studied.
