Meanings is currently available in the following languages:
English
Spanish
Korean
Japanese
French
Italian
In addition, it supports each pair of languages mentioned above. That means you can use Meanings whether you are an English speaker studying French, or a Japanese speaker studying Italian, and so on.
Beyond the signup process, you can choose and switch between studying multiple languages. If you're working on your vocabulary in two or more of the languages supported, your Meanings subscription provides access to as many languages as you please.
Please note you cannot change your selected native language for your account once it has been chosen during the signup process. Please make sure to choose your native or primary language carefully. If you need to make updates or changes to your primary language, please contact support directly.
The user interface of Meanings is currently only available in English. Stay tuned for future updates with interface localizations and settings allowing you to choose which language the interface is displayed in.
Meanings also has experimental support for the following languages
Mandarin Chinese (Simplified)
Mandarin is fully available within the app but we are currently not listing it under supported languages until further testing and quality assurance is completed.
If you'd like to see a language supported, let us know. Our goal is to support a wide variety of languages and we expect to add many more languages in the near future.
